Dr. Rachela Conti is a licensed clinical Psychologist
practicing in Encino, Ca. with her husband Dr. David Swanson. Dr. Conti first received her Master's Degree from Pepperdine
University in the area of Marriage, Family, and child centered therapy. After receiving her Master's Degree, she continued
her education and obtained a Doctoral Degree in the field of Clinical Psychology. Dr. Conti has experience working with children,
teens, couples, and adults suffering from Depression, Anxiety, learning difficulties, developmental disabilities, substance
abuse, ADHD, PTSD, oppositional defiant disorder, and sexual disorders.
Dr. Conti's work experience includes The Sycamores,
a residential treatment facility, serving boys who are severely emotionally and physically abused. She also servd as a therapist
at Children's Institute International assisting children and families in abusive situations, helping to educate parents on
how to be better parents their children and providing psychological testing to the families in need. In addition, Dr. Conti
has served children diagnosed with Autism, Aspergers Syndrome and other developmentally challenged children at The Help Group.
Furthermore, Dr. Conti has worked with runaway teens at a group home called Options House.
After working with children
and families Dr. Conti decided to pursue a private practice specializing in Marriage, Family, and Children. In addition to
her strong experience pertaining to children and families, Dr. Conti is currently working toward obtaining a degree and certification
in Couples and Sex Therapy in order to help those married couples who have trouble in their intimate relationships.
